Personal opinion? Beards get… food stuck on your face. Which can be cute, I guess. A warmer chin? Respect from other guys, probably. Maybe from other girls as well.
What gets women is respect for women. A godly man, loving and respectful, will be attractive to me, straight-up. End of story. =)
